In Matthew 9: 37-38, Jesus said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Ministry Housing Strategy (MHS) brings together Kingdom Minded Investors with Kingdom Harvest Workers to find strategic and stable housing closer to their given harvest field.
How will MHS work?

Our platform is still under planning and development with much prayer. Three possible models
1. Co-investing if the harvest worker want to purchase the property together as joint ownership. Hope Housing uses this model for Essential Workers - police, teachers and nurses).
2. Rental Management such as Defence Housing Australia that match existing property owners to military soldiers
3. Syndicate or something similar to BrickX (see video), which is an innovative solution called, fractional property investment, which allows you to invest in property with little as $100.
Jesus reminds us that we can learn a few things from those in the world.
